We are still waiting for our results, but I truly wanted to share how wonderful our experience has been so far with Dr. Yashodhara and her team.

From the very first consultation, Dr. Yashodhara made us feel completely comfortable. We were very new to the IVF process and ended up asking a lot of basic questions, but she patiently listened to everything and explained each step with so much clarity. What really stood out to me was her empathy and the way she adapts the process based on the patient’s comfort — that means a lot when you’re already going through something so emotional.

The clinic itself has such a positive and peaceful vibe. Every staff member greets you with a smile and genuinely tries to help, which instantly puts you at ease.

A special mention to Sister Vaishali, who has been so kind and supportive throughout the process. She explained the medications, dos and don’ts in detail and was always there to guide us.
I’d also like to thank Anuja and Uma for being so approachable and ensuring that all our queries were resolved through the doctor.

Overall, this journey has been made so much easier and more comforting because of this amazing team. Grateful to have found such caring hands during this phase. 💖

I would highly recommend Zoi for anyone planning for treatment in Mumbai.
Dr. Yashodhara Mhatre is extremely knowledgeable, patient and caring and makes everyone to feel supported and reassured in every step of the process. The entire team at the hospital are friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about each patient’s journey. Though the treatment is not positive for me, I totally enjoyed the process and I knew, they provided the best possible treatment for me.

After several heartbreaking failed IVF attempts, I was beginning to lose hope. Then I found Dr Yashodhara at Zoi and everything changed. From the very first consultation, Dr. was compassionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough in reviewing my history. What truly stood out was the genuine care and patience shown throughout the entire journey.
And it wasn’t just Dr Yashodhara, Dr Sudhir Ajja and the entire staff was amazing. Every nurse, receptionist, and coordinator I encountered was kind, supportive, and always available to answer my many questions. Dr Sudhir ensured I didn’t loose hope, his positive vibe is super contagious. They made a stressful process feel manageable and even hopeful. I delivered my baby boy in Apr 2025, my smile returned and my Baby is now 6 months old.
I will forever be grateful to everyone in Zoi for my miracle baby…. God bless them with loads of happiness always ❤️❤️
